Insurance plans may charge different rates for different levels of service, including COVID-19 testing options. Your usual doctor visit may have a different copay from an emergency room visit.

Self-pay pricing varies for different levels of service. Additional costs may apply based on specific medical conditions. Visits are paid in full at at the end of the visit. Payment can also be made via our online Patient Portal.
